Drive Axle

  • Heavy-Duty Design: Equipped with a 35-ton static capacity drive axle for robust performance.
  • Rigid Mounting: The axle is rigidly mounted to the chassis for enhanced stability and durability.
  • Planetary Hub Reduction: Features a planetary hub reduction system, providing improved torque and efficient power distribution.

Braking System

  • Service Brake: Located on the front drive axle, this drum-type brake is pneumatically actuated and foot-operated for reliable stopping power.
  • Parking Brake: Integrated with the service brake on the drive axle, this brake is spring-applied and pneumatically released. It is hand-operated, ensuring secure parking and added safety.

Steering Axle & System

  • Articulated Steering Axle: Mounted to the chassis through two hardened pins, providing flexibility and maneuverability.
  • Hydraulic Steering System: Incorporates a load-sensing priority valve and a double-acting heavy-duty steering cylinder for precise steering control.

Hydraulic System

  • Heavy-Duty Tandem Vane Pump: Driven by the transmission PTO, this pump powers both the main hydraulics and the steering system, ensuring reliable operation.
  • Directional Control Valve: A pilot-operated directional control valve with an in-built relief valve, operated by a dual-axis joystick, allows for smooth and accurate control of the machine’s functions.
